These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the comohosting website and the purchase of products offered on it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. comohosting is owned and operated by Ihuarraquax, SL, a Spanish company registered in Spain.

2. Products and Pricing

We offer various consumer products across multiple categories. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. In some countries, we may display prices and accept payment in local currencies where available. We reserve the right to change prices or product availability at any time without notice.

3. Order and Payment

3.1 How to Order

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

3.2 Payment Method

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. Payment is made in cash to the courier upon receipt of the product.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across all European Union countries. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As per European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact our customer service via email at info@comohosting.com with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for returning the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original customer via bank transfer or other agreed-upon method. Products must be returned in unused and original condition. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is damaged or not returned in its original state.

7. Warranties and Liability

Products sold on comohosting are covered by the legal warranty of conformity for two years as per EU Directive 1999/44/EC. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages caused by product misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.
